Affiliate program terms
This document outlines all the terms and conditions that apply to our
affiliate program and constitutes a legally binding
agreement between SenseSites and their affiliates.
General terms
SenseSites runs a program (hereafter called "Affiliate program") which
compensates its members (hereafter called "affiliates") for referring customers
to SenseSites website and services. Affiliates are paid a commission on
designated purchases made by such customers, as well as for earnings of other
affiliates referred by them.
Commission and payout structure
Commission structure of the affiliate program is defined as follows:
• Affiliates are paid the specified percentage or amount
on all purchases and leads made
by referred customers; exact rates are posted in the affiliate admin panel for each program.
• Affiliates are paid the amount of 10% of all earnings of
affiliated referred by them.
Commission are paid to the affiliates in the following manner:
• Commissions are paid on or before 15th of every month, for
earnings accumulated in the previous month, if the affiliate has reached the
payout minimum;
• Payout minimum is defined as 50 (fifty) US dollars. Affiliates
who do not reach this minimum will have their earnings rolled out to next month;
• Payout method is PayPal.
• Commissions for products with money-back guarantee may be held
until the money-back period expires.
• For pay per lead programs, the validity and legitimateness of all leads
may be verified prior to the payout.
Promotion methods
SenseSites provides affiliates with special links to be placed on their
websites (hereafter called "links"), which contain affiliate code and refer
customers to SenseSites website. These links are used for tracking which
affiliate referred the customer. Therefore, affiliates are compensated only for
purchases made from clicking these links.
Affiliates may modify the links in the manner that the URL the links refers
to is not changed, that is, to modify description or banner image. Affiliates
may do so only in a way that does not defame SenseSites or its owner.
Affiliates can use the links in email promotion, but only if recipients have
given their consent for receiving such information.
Prohibited behavior
Affiliates are prohibited from any activity that violates U.S. laws as well
as laws of the country where the affiliate is located. Affiliates are also
prohibited from the following activities:
• Placing, or encouraging others to place, fraudulent orders,
including, but not limited to: purchases not authorized by credit card owner or
with stolen credit cards, and purchases made with the sole intent to make a
chargeback after receiving affiliate commissions;
• Artificially inflating their click or purchase statistics by
means of any bots, scripts, click automata or other similar methods;
• Promoting our services on any websites that are defamatory,
promote pornography, child abuse, hatred, violence, or terrorism;
• Promoting our service with spam, whether via email, on
discussion groups, forums or other websites;
• Providing false names, addresses, email addresses or phone
numbers for registration with our affiliate program.
Affiliates which are found to perform any of the prohibited activities will
have their accounts shut down, and their earnings forfeited. A legal action may
also be brought against these affiliates to recover from any possible losses.
Final provisions
SenseSites reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time. If
this agreement is terminated by SenseSites, remaining earnings of the affiliate
will be paid out on 15th of next month regardless if the payout minimum.
SenseSites reserves the right to modify or amend to this agreement at any
time. Affiliates will be informed of any changes in this agreement via email.
All matters not covered by this agreement will be treated with accordance to
laws of Poland.
