This document details Terms of Service under which our services are offered
to you. Please read it carefully, as it is an agreement between you and us.
Use of CommonSense CMS
Michau Enterprises, LLC grants you a license to use CommonSense CMS script
free of charge on any number of websites and to redistribute it in unchanged
form. You can also modify it to suit your needs, but you cannot redistribute it
in modified form.
If you use CommonSense CMS script with your own articles (not coming from any
of our prebuilt article packs), you are not allowed to remove the "Powered by
CommonSense CMS" text and link to our website from any pages generated by the
script.
Use of CommonSense websites
Michau Enterprises, LLC grants you a license to use a purchased article
collection on one website only. If you want to use the collection on
another site, you must purchase it again.
By purchasing article collections from this site, you acknowledge that you
understand that the articles come from free article sites, where they were
submitted by authors for free reproduction, and you are paying for our time and
effort put into assembling these articles into ready-to-use collections. You can
reproduce single articles provided that you do not modify them, specifically not
remove any links to authors' websites. The article collections as a whole,
however, are copyrighted work of Michau Enterprises, LLC, and cannot be resold,
reproduced, or used to make derivative works.
If you are using a purchased article collection, you can remove the "Powered
by CommonSense CMS" text and link to our website from your site. This is done by
placing license.dat file, contained in your article collection, in the
root folder of your website.
Use of CommonSense Network
Michau Enterprises, LLC grants you a license to use a purchased subscription
service on any number of websites powered by CommonSense CMS. The only
limitation is the number of articles you can download daily, which is determined
by the type of license you bought.
The number of articles available on any topic channel is determined by how
many new articles are created by the authors, and therefore cannot be
guaranteed. Article classification into topic channels is determined by authors
only, and we cannot guarantee its accuracy.
Resale rights
Products (except CommonSense CMS, which is a free script) bought from this
site cannot be resold or redistributed. The only exception is that if you buy an
article collection or subscription license to create a website, and then decide
you don't want to keep the website (or the products), you can sell them to
another person in a one-time sale.
Other provisions
Michau Enterprises, LLC does not guarantee merchantability or fitness to any
purpose of any products or services offered on this site. Your use of these
products and services is at your own risk. We also do not guarantee any specific
level of earnings, nor any other specific measures such as site popularity,
search engine indexing time etc.
